Agenda The primary goal of the 11th International Symposium on NeuroVirology will be to examine the molecular mechanisms associated with virus-induced neurologic disease in humans and animal models to enhance our understanding of common pathogenic themes and to facilitate their diagnosis, prevention, and treatment. The 2012 Conference on HIV in the Nervous System, which has been held in conjunction with Symposia for the last ten years, is a major forum for the discussion of basic, translational, and clinical research on HIV in the nervous system.
