Annual memberships run from January 1 to December 31 of the calendar year. Membership in the Society includes a yearly personal subscription to the Journal of NeuroVirology and the Society's newsletter, as well as special rates on Society-sponsored meetings. Student and post-doctoral fellow members also become eligible for trainee travel grants for ISNV meetings.

Annual memberships are available to faculty members, research scientists, clinicians, postdoctoral fellows, and students. The annual fee for faculty/scientists/clinicians, which includes an online subscription to the Journal of NeuroVirology, is $250 (US). For postdocs/students, the fee is $80 (US) and does not include a journal subscription.
