Registration Online registrations
for the 20th
International Symposium on NeuroVirology
and 2025 Conference on HIV in the Nervous System
are being
accepted through Monday,
May 12th.
Attendees can register for the meeting by using the online
registration system, which can be accessed through the ISNV
Shop. A discounted registration rate is available to ISNV
members in good standing,
as well as individuals
choosing to join the Society and register for the meeting
concurrently.
Registration fees ($ US) are as follows:
Registration fees for the meeting include the opening reception, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, poster session reception and the Pioneer banquet. To cancel a registration, please email mail@isnv.org. Cancelled registrations are not eligible for full reimbursement. A fee of $200 will be charged for cancellations received by May 19th, 2025 (two weeks prior to conference start date). No partial refunds will be issued for any cancellations received after May 19th. All accompanying persons are invited to attend the Award Banquet for a nominal fee ($125 US). Please email mail@isnv.org if you wish to bring a guest to the Banquet. During the banquet, ISNV awards will be announced, and the recipient of the 2025 Pioneer in NeuroVirology Award will be honored. Accommodations at The Westin Denver Downtown Hotel will be available at the negotiated meeting rates until Monday, May 12, 2025.
