Registration Online registrations for the 14th International Symposium on NeuroVirology and 2016 Conference on HIV in the Central Nervous System are now being accepted. Attendees can register for both meetings by using the online registration system, which can be accessed through the ISNV Shop. A discounted registration rate is available to ISNV members in good standing, as well as individuals choosing to join the Society and register for the Symposium and Conference concurrently. This year the ISNV and Ontario HIV Treatment Network (OHTN) are collaborating to host back-to-back meetings with a one-day overlap. Symposium attendees who also want to attend the HIV Endgame: Closing the Gaps in the Care Cascade meeting sponsored by the OHTN must register separately for the OHTN sessions on Monday and Tuesday. Registration fees for the ISNV Symposium and Conference include attendance at the Opening Reception and the Pioneer Award Reception and Gala Dinner. All accompanying persons are invited to attend the Pioneer Award Reception and Gala Dinner for a nominal fee ($75 US). HIV Endgame Conference is $115 (US) for
scientists/faculty/clinicians and $40 (US) for students. The
registration deadline for the Symposium and Conference is Friday,
September 23rd. Cancellations after September 23rd may be subject to a 15% reduction in the refunded registration fee. Accommodations at the Omni King Edward Hotel will be available at the negotiated meeting rate until Friday, September 23rd, or until the group block is sold-out.
