International Society for NeuroVirology

Online registrations for the 15th International Symposium on NeuroVirology, 2018 Conference on HIV in the Central Nervous System, and 24th Scientific Conference of the Society on Neuroimmune Pharmacology (SNIP) are now being accepted. Attendees can register for the joint meeting by using the online registration system, which can be accessed through the ISNV Shop. A discounted registration rate is available to ISNV and SNIP members in good standing, as well as individuals choosing to join either Society and register for the joint meeting concurrently.

Please note, however, that all abstracts must be submitted for consideration through the Abstracts page on the ISNV website.

Registration fees for the joint meeting include attendance at the Opening Reception and the Award Banquet. All accompanying persons are invited to attend the Award Banquet for a nominal fee ($75 US). Please contact the ISNV Administrative Office (ISNV members) or Marcus Kaul (SNIP members) if you wish to bring a guest to the Banquet. During the Award Banquet, ISNV and SNIP awards will be announced, and the recipient of the 2018 Pioneer in NeuroVirology Award will be honored. Cancellations after March 14th may be subject to a 15% reduction in the refunded registration fee.

Accommodations at the Swissotel Chicago will be available at the negotiated meeting rate until Friday, March 9th, 2018, or until the group block is sold-out. For more information on reserving a room for the meeting, visit the Lodging page.

The online registration system is the preferred method for registration. However, if you are unable to register using the online system, you can download a printable registration form that you can complete and submit.
