The 16th International Symposium on NeuroVirology and 2019 Conference on HIV in the Central Nervous System will be held at the Westin Buckhead Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Located less than 7 miles from downtown Atlanta, the Westin Buckhead Atlanta is a modern, newly refreshed retreat in an upscale community.


Nearby destinations include world-class retail outlets at the adjacent Lenox Mall, the Shops Around Lenox, and Phipps Plaza, as well as a myriad of dining options within minutes of the hotel. The hotel also features the renowned Atlanta restaurant, The Palm Restaurant and Bar. Hotel amenities include a WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio (open 24/7) and an indoor heated pool.

Rooms are available at the exclusive meeting rates of $189, $214, or $239 USD per night for single/double, triple, or quadruple occupancy, respectively (does not include a 18.9% room tax and $5 state hotel fee). This negotiated rate is only guaranteed through Monday, October 14th, 2019, or until the room block is sold-out. Room reservations can be secured by phone or through the meeting-specific online reservation system. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Reservations can be cancelled or arrivals can be postponed without charges up to 72 hours prior to check-in time (3 pm EST) on the check-in day for the original reservation. Cancellations or delayed arrivals with less than 72 hours notice will be subject to a charge equal to one night plus applicable tax applied to the credit card on file.

An early departure (i.e., check out before the end of your original reservation) can be accommodated without additional fees through prior coordination with the hotel. Cancellation of a reserved room night less than 72 hours prior to the check-out time (12 pm EST on the last day of the original reservation) may result in cancellation charges.
