International Society for NeuroVirology

Online registrations for the 16th International Symposium on NeuroVirology and 2019 Conference on HIV in the Nervous System are being accepted through Friday, November 1st. Attendees can register for the meeting by using the online registration system, which can be accessed through the ISNV Shop. A discounted registration rate is available to ISNV members in good standing, as well as individuals choosing to join the Society and register for the meeting concurrently. If you are unable to register before the deadline, please contact the ISNV Administrative Office by email for further assistance.

Registration fees ($ US) are as follows:

Registration fees for the meeting include attendance at the Opening Reception and the Award Banquet. All accompanying persons are invited to attend the Award Banquet for a nominal fee ($100 US). Please contact the ISNV Administrative Office if you wish to bring a guest to the Banquet. During the Award Banquet, ISNV awards will be announced, and the recipient of the 2019 Pioneer in NeuroVirology Award will be honored. Accommodations at the Westin Buckhead Atlanta will be available at the negotiated meeting rates until Monday, October 14th, 2019, or until the group block is sold-out. For more information on reserving a room for the meeting, visit the Lodging page.

The online registration system is the preferred method for registration. However, if you are unable to register using the online system, a printable registration form that you can complete and submit can be made available.
