The
17th International Symposium on NeuroVirology
and 2021 Conference on HIV in the
Central Nervous System
will be held as a virtual event on June
2-4, 2021.
This year's symposium will feature leaders in
the field of neurovirology who are on the
leading edges of basic, translational, and
clinical research. In the continued tradition of
past ISNV-sponsored symposia, this meeting will
highlight
new findings and achievements in some of the
most important areas of research in
neurovirology, including COVID in the brain,
emerging pathogens, aging and co-morbidities,
and cure/eradication of HIV-1 infection. As in
previous meetings, the meeting will also
showcase young investigators who are just
starting their own research careers in
neurovirology.
Because
of ongoing limitations on global travel and
large gatherings, this year's meeting will be
offered to attendees as a virtual event that
features online access to all presentations, a
virtual poster session offering live
interactions with presenters, and a venue that
facilitates networking and social interactions
with friends and colleagues. Please
explore the links above to learn more about the
upcoming meeting. We hope you join us in June
for what promises to be a highly informative and
unique gathering of scientists, clinicians, and
trainees!
