Registration

Registrations for the 10th International Symposium on NeuroVirology and 2010 Conference on HIV in the Nervous System are now being accepted. Attendees can register for both meetings by using the online registration system, which can be accessed through the ISNV Shop. A discounted registration rate is available to ISNV members in good standing, as well as individuals choosing to join the Society and register for the Symposium and Conference concurrently. The registration deadline is Monday, September 27th. Registrations received after this date (including on-site registrations) will be subject to a surcharge of 15%.

Registration fees

Registration fees for the ISNV Symposium and Conference include attendence at the Opening Reception and the Pioneer Award Gala Dinner.

All accompanying persons are invited to attend the Pioneer Award Gala Dinner for a nominal fee.  Please contact the ISNV Administrative Office if you wish to bring a guest to the Gala Dinner. Please visit the Pioneer page for more information about the Pioneer in NeuroVirology Award.

Cancellation policy

Requests for cancellation of meeting registration made before the meeting will be refunded in full minus a $20 handling fee.  There will be no refund for cancellation requests received after the meeting has begun.  The cancellation policy does not apply to hotel room reservations.  Please contact your hotel directly for information regarding cancellation and refund policies of individual hotel rooms.

Offline registration

The online registration system is the prefered method for registration. However, if you are unable to register using the online system, a printable registration form is available. Please complete the form and submit it as per the instructions at the bottom of the form.

Individuals with special needs

Should you require special services while in attendance at the Symposium and Conference, please contact the ISNV Administrative office before the meeting so that suitable arrangements can be made.
